上郡事件

1952年5月8日

4月10日に左翼系朝鮮人5名は、兵庫県赤穂郡船坂村で、別の朝鮮人3名に対して日本の学校に入学させていたことを理由に「スパイ」と難癖を付け、巻き割りで殴打した。

その事件の容疑で5月8日に国警赤穂地区警察署は、朝鮮人8名を検挙した。

その後、容疑者は神戸地検姫路支所に護送された。

その間朝鮮人の一団が赤穂地区警察署に押しかけた。

容疑者の奪還を図ろうと南へ約50m離れた小谷薬局前で警察と乱闘になった。

容疑者の身柄は無事護送された。
